Outstanding Balustrade!! What can I say ? We are more than satisfied with the service we received from Balustrade (South West Ltd). From the very first phone call they were on the ball. They quick to come out and quote, They were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us the time we needed to discuss our needs. They stuck to the time frame they quoted and when they did come to install our railings, well we hardly knew they were there! The workmanship was exceptional they friendly neat and tidy. We had to wait a couple of weeks for the glass to be ordered which actually came earlier than expected and was installed while we were out. We are more than satisfied with what they have done for us. The railings and glass have given us the extra safety we needed, it looks absolutely stunning and has great kerb appeal ! I would have know hesitation in recommending Balustrade and feel 100 percent certain that you will be as delighted as we are with the end result.

Happy customers We were looking for a Juliette which minimal impact on the views we have. On advice of Balustrade SW we went for a pure glass, no frame option. This is perfect for our situation. There were a few unforeseen issues during fitting but these were were quickly sorted out. Good job.

Expect the best and you won’t be disappointed Steve was recommended to us after I had spent three months speaking with online suppliers for a 20m frameless glass balustrade, his price for supply and fit was a fraction cheaper than my best price, but from the outset his professionalism reassured me he was not going to cut corners. He measured up and gave me time scales, the invoice was clear and prompt. He returned to fit the tracking and take final measurements and then came shortly after and fitted the glass panes with a colleague. Both were courteous and left the area clean. Steve came back and straightened the panes up and did final fixings to a high standard. The result is a fabulous perimeter to a front terrace which we use every day (weather permitting). I would recommend Steve every time, a nice fella, top quality product and the best price I could get. An excellent balustrade. The “cherry on top” to complete our new patio ! We are very pleased with our new top quality balustrade. Brilliant installation We were recommended to use Steve and the team from Balustrade SW for a large 17m x 5 m glass wall with invisible support. They did a fabulous job, absolutely first class. Glass /stainless steel balustrade for dormer room balcony. Balustrade ( South West ) Ltd did a really excellent job and gave us the balustrade/ balcony that we wanted.
